I enjoyed the free shuttle service. It ran at regular intervals. The room was well-equipped with umbrellas and beach towels, VERY practical. The kids' pool featured slides and sprinklers. This detail ensured that both adults and children had a nice and entertaining experience.

the resort blends modern luxury with natural beauty.. our room was stylish. it was super clean and comfortable. the staff were attentive.

the electricity kept going on and off. the ac stopped working in the night and it was very hot, only came on at 7am when i had to leave. then at random times of the night, all the lights would turn on and off.

the service from the staff was just not good. i felt unwelcome in the breakfast area and the staff seemed really unhappy. the room also had a bad smell that kept coming back, even after i reported it.
