satisfactory stay
comfortable bed organized bathroom
the room was a nice size. it had a well-organized bathroom. bathrobes, slippers, and towels for the pool were available and changed daily. the beds were wide and comfortable.
this was true for both the rooms and common areas. the rooms showed clear signs of wear. i saw some rust, and this was not acceptable for a hotel claiming 5 stars.

Excellent Stay with great amenities
free shuttle equipped room kids' pool
I enjoyed the free shuttle service. It ran at regular intervals. The room was well-equipped with umbrellas and beach towels, VERY practical. The kids' pool featured slides and sprinklers. This detail ensured that both adults and children had a nice and entertaining experience.
The location is outside of the main area, requiring taxi rides to the center.

modern luxury natural beauty warm staff
the resort blends modern luxury with natural beauty.. our room was stylish. it was super clean and comfortable. the staff were great.
the electricity kept going on and off. the ac stopped working in the night and it was very hot, only came on at 7am when i had to leave. then at random times of the night, all the lights would turn on and off.

mixed feelings about the stay
unhappy staff bad smell
the service from the staff was just not good. i felt unwelcome in the breakfast area and the staff seemed really unhappy. the room also had a bad smell that kept coming back, even after i reported it.

musty smell sauna issue
the free shuttle to the mall was acceptable.
there was a strong musty smell in the room. the ladies sauna was out of service for the whole duration of my stay!!!
